Dr. Sasha Speer, DPT, is a pelvic health physical therapist with extensive experience in pelvic health and orthopedics. After experiencing firsthand the limitations of fragmented healthcare, she founded Auria Pelvic Health with a vision for something different: care that listens first, looks at the whole person, and goes beyond symptoms to understand the root cause.

Sasha has a special interest in complex and persistent conditions, including sciatica and nervous system dysfunction. Her approach is grounded in the understanding that the body functions as an interconnected system and that meaningful recovery begins with understanding the person behind the symptoms. Through individualized treatment, education, and movement, she helps patients better understand their bodies, restore confidence, and build lasting health.

Outside of Auria, Sasha enjoys ocean swimming, backpacking, photography, and spending time outdoors.
